Average arbitrating or mediating five cases a year either or as a
single
panel member or a member of three. Cases have included:
1. Complex cases to include power plants, industrial process plants,
educational facilities involving as hundreds of millions of dollars.
2. Smaller cases typcially in the range of $500,000 to $5,000,000.
3. Fast track cases.
