The Associated General Contractors of America engaged Dr. Adrian, as the
leading expert on the measurement and improvement of construction
productivity to author their new national course for supervisors titled
Unit 9: Construction Productivity. The course consists of 25 hours of
practical training for job site supervisors.
Dr. Adrian was also engaged by the AGC to write the first edition of the
course in 1992. The new course, recently released, reflects a total new
course and manual. The manual can be purchased directly from the AGC
