[1] Page 75, line 17 from the bottom:

The reference is to the wrong figure. The text should read: "Looking at Figure 2.20, you will see that ...

[1] Page 77-78, error in text in Figure 2.18

The HTML markup in Figure 2.18 is slightly different from that used to generate Figures 2.19 and 2.20. In particular, the line <A HREF="#top">... to top of page</A>, which appears as the fourth line from the bottom in the Figure, is not present in the file used to generate the Figures. My apologies for any confusion this might cause.
