The London January Experience offers a perfectly balanced blend of academics and cultural adventure. You will have access to some of the best resources in the world and have plenty of time to explore the cultural and artistic diversity of one of the world's greatest cities.

A vibrant night life.

ABOUT THE TRIP:

Travel Dates: Departs from Chicago-O'Hare, on January 3rd and returns January 18th.

Hotel: Stay 14 nights in the Royal National Hotel on Russel square in the historic Bloomsbury district, within easy walking distance of the British Museum and the British Library. Rooms are double occupancy, including a continental breakfast.

Program Cost: $2700
The cost of the trip includes airfare, airport shuttle, travel card good on all underground and bus lines throughout the city, a sightseeing tour of London, and tickets to one play or musical. It also includes tuition for three hours of Bradley credit and text books for the course.

Food: London is a wonderful town for food. Plan to explore at leasst one new cuisine while you are there. One of the most popular (and reasonably-priced) restaurant experiences in London is the Wagamama Japanese noodle house. Within walking distance of the hotel, this restaranut seats people on wooden benches and serves from a menu of over 100 choices.

Beverages: The drinking age in London is 18. The pubs are the traditional meeting places of artists, students, and generally everyone else in London. Around 5 PM they start to fill up with working people. Please exercise moderation in this area.
